I believe in natural beauty and embracing what yu have, however, some days i want to add a little something on my face so i can feel a touch more confident when stepping out. I have come to find out that there are may simple beauty and lifestyle hacks that every busy mum should know and add into their daily routine.

1). POP ON SOME LIPGLOSS.

Even if you are not wearing any other make up, a lipgloss adds a pop of colour to your outfit and instantly brightens your mood. This only takes a few seconds to apply you can even do it on your way out.

2). HAVE A GOOD SKINCARE ROUTINE.

It is so important to look after your skin and keep it hydrated. Cleansing and taking good care of your skin makes a massive difference and makes you feel more confident to leave the house even with makeup. There are many products in the market that work very well by moisturizing and smoothing the skin.

3). DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.

It is sipper important to bring a water bottle everywhere you go because it will encourage you to stay hydrated. Keeping on top of fluids helps increase energy and improve your mood. In terms of beauty, it moisturizes your skin and helps maintain a fresh and flowing complexion.

4). USE NIGHT TIME CREAM.

Your skin is relaxed at night and is not exposed to environmental factors. This is the best time to treat your face with a specialized cream for your particular skin type. If you have acne, this is the time to apply a cream that can eliminate acne and heal the scars.

5). EATING HEALTHY FOOD.

Processed foods, fast foods and refined grains are among the most common foods that not only are bad for your body, but also ruin your skin.
Packing a healthy snack will reduce the chances of you ordering fast foods on a busy day at work.

6). GET A PROTECTIVE HAIRSTYLE AND INVEST IN A GOOD HAIR ESSENTIAL OILS.

Your can never talk about beauty tips without mentioning the crown, your hair. For alot of women, it’s their hair that triggers the most anxiety. Doing your hair takes alot of time, a time you probably don’t have as a busy mum. Doing a protective hair style makes you look effortlessly stylish.

7). GET ENOUGH SLEEP.

Should we start talking about a sleep deprived face with puffy eyes? Getting enough sleep works magic in its small big ways. That is why it is called the beauty sleep.

8). EYEBROWS AND EYELASHES.

You should start thinking about getting an occasional eyebrow trimming and coloring.
Eyebrows shape your face and frames it in a stylish way that overgrown eyebrows don’t. Adding a little mascara on your eyelashes completes the magic spell.

9). SMILE.

Last but not least, my favourite, my all time best makeup. The mighty gorgeous sexy smile.
